It was my first hackathon at Sheraton Hotel, Bangalore 2017, I built a chatbot from scratch under 36hours and successfully integrated an IBM Watson AI-Engine. Built a personal assistant bot for medical needs, completely built from scratch and best part, I never knew how to build a bot in those days!! Crazy Isn't it!! I made some friends and they are now founders of AI start @Udaipur.

RYLA -I by Rotaract 2017

Image
Attended the Rotaract 3 days leadership development session knows I- RYLA in January 2017. One of the most turning point in my life. I had a lot of learnings and I had an opportunity to learn lot of new things from people from all over Chennai. I have been part of Rotaract club of Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology club as a Public Relationship Officer.

Initiation of students association at Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology -2017

Image
I was one of the key initiator to start students association for collegiate Excellence at Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology -2017. Initially the college didn't have any technical symposiums and other technical activities. I was playing  key player in initiating various club for students to support completions and hackathons in my campus.

Youth Shine Foundation

Youth Shine Foundation founded in year 2020, a Chemistry Enthusiast Mr. Shankar Narayanan M.sc from Poonamallee, Chennai. I am very happy for my friend Shankar the founder has taken various steps in enhancing and changing lives of various school students in and around Chennai. So far he has conducted various workshop for free for career guidance for school students choosing their career pathway. He has be getting donation from various industrialist and individuals and sponsor their education to the students who are in need of Monetary support in paying the fees. I wish everyone to help him in fund raising activities for better reach of this foundation.

Design of CMOS Low Noise Amplifier for 5G Applications Using 45nm Technology  In this paper, the comparison design of a two-stage Bulk CMOS (NMOS) low noise amplifier is implemented using 45 nm technology. These designed amplifiers can operate at a frequency range of 24-30 GHz. The amplifier is implemented using two stage Cascode configuration and shunt series peaking. A comparative study of designed Cascode configuration with feedforward technique, current bleeding technique, and differential configuration. The operation of the circuits in the millimeter-wave frequency band and is compared for gain, noise, power consumption and linearity. The different architectures were implemented for high performance with a power supply of 1.1V. The design is implemented by using two NMOS transistors on both stages, producing maximum transconductance with a minimum transistor width, which in turn makes the circuit operate faster. The use of the feed-forward technique implemented has helped to r...

NCAET '17 - Conference Paper Presentation (25.2.2017)

ENHANCED LOW POWER, FAST AND AREA EFFICIENT CARRY SELECT ADDER Adder being the basic hardware block of any arithmetic operation, the major constraint in the field of signal processors, dataprocessors to perform any operations is highly dependent on the adder performance of the circuit. The gate level implementation of the carry select adder (CSLA) and modified carry select adder has significantly reduced the area and power consumption which replaced the ripple carry adder (RCA) used in modified CSLA with MUX based Full Adder (MUX-FA) block has further reduced the

How Chip Design Industry is Driving the economy!

Image
The semiconductor industry is made up of companies that design and manufacture semiconductors and semiconductor devices like integrated circuits. It was founded around 1960, when semiconductor device manufacture became a viable enterprise. Since then, the industry's yearly semiconductor sales revenue has risen to more over $481 billion in 2018. The semiconductor industry, in turn, drives the wider electronics industry, with annual power electronics sales of £135 billion ($216 billion) in 2011, annual consumer electronics sales of $2.9 trillion by 2020, tech industry sales of $5 trillion in 2019, and e-commerce sales of over $29 trillion in 2017. The MOSFET (metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor, or MOS transistor) was designed by Mohamed M. Atalla and Dawon Kahng at Bell Labs in 1959 and is the most frequently used semiconductor device. Since the 1960s, MOSFET scaling and shrinking has been the fundamental driver of semiconductor technology's remarkable exponential ...
